About me

Hi i’m Derek.

I’m a leadership development coach and career strategist, recognised by the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach.
(The ICF is the International Coach Federation, the global body setting standards for professional coaching.)

Over the past decade, I’ve accelerated the growth of ambitious professionals across technology, media, healthcare, third sector and public sector.

Organisations such as Google, Shopify, The Institute of Cancer Research and several global advertising agencies have trusted me to support their top talent.

My work focuses on helping professionals navigate visibility, influence, power, and sustainable high performance in complex environments.

I believe meaningful career success should not require burnout, self-sacrifice, or compromising who you are.

This scorecard reflects the same strategic approach I use with clients who are ready to build future-ready, Limitless careers.
